Full-Day Matter: (In Southern California) $3,750 (up to 10 hours) Half-Day Matter: (In Southern California) $1,950 (up to 5 hours) Hourly Rate: $425.00 Travel & Preparation Time: For full and half-day matters in Southern California, any necessary travel time is included in the basic rates. For hourly matters in Southern California, there will be no charge for travel time when the session lasts four (4) hours or longer. For sessions that are less than four (4) hours, up to one (1) hour of actual travel time in each direction may be added to the bill. For cases outside of Southern California, actual travel time will be billed at the regular hourly rate, together with any actual travel expenses. Up to two (2) hours of preparation time is included at no charge in connection with all full or half-day matters. Where preparation time exceeds two (2) hours, it may be billed at actual hourly rates.
